Responsibilities

✓ Gel nails (color, design, art)

✓ Nail care (cuticles, nail shaping)

✓ Foot nails & foot care

✓ Optional services such as hand care and paraffin

✓ Consultation and suggesting flattering designs

✓ Salon duties such as reception, booking management and checkout

Working Conditions

Employment Type	Contract
Pay	Fully commission-based (negotiable)
Commission	According to service revenue (negotiable)
Average Spend per Guest	¥7,000–¥12,000
Working Hours	10:00 - 19:00 (flexible scheduling / negotiable)
Last Reception	Around 17:00 (closing at 19:00)
Days Off	Negotiable

Requirements

Able to work from several days a week (negotiable)
Someone with a heart to attune to each guest
Salon experience welcome (career gaps also negotiable)
You can start with the services you're best at
Skill level decided flexibly, in discussion

Example Schedules

A nailist working 3 days a week, mainly daytime

An experienced nailist working 4 solid days a week

A dual-jobber working 2 evenings a week on the side

Seats One-on-one service (private room)

Hours 10:00–19:00 (by appointment only, irregular holidays)
